Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to UPI Sewa, operated by SUKUNA WEBTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and use a mobile number you are authorised to use. Your login is secured through OTP. Do not share OTPs or allow unauthorised access to your account.

Service availability

Registration is open; recharge processing is currently being activated. We do not accept recharge payments or place orders before activation. No current access to a recharge form is a promise of operator availability or successful recharge. Future orders must show the operator, destination, amount, fees and final payable total before you authorise a payment.

Recharge instructions and charges

When services are enabled, you must verify the mobile number or DTH subscriber ID, operator and selected plan before placing an order. Successful operator-confirmed recharges generally cannot be reversed. No subscription, recurring payment or automatic recharge is created by registration.

Optional RCS messaging programme

UPI Sewa offers separate optional choices for account/recharge/support RCS updates (frequency depends on your activity) and promotional recharge offers (up to 4 per month). Consent is not a condition of registration or purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw at any time in Messaging preferences or, when RCS is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@upisewa.com. RCS delivery depends on approval, network, compatible device and connectivity; it is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, misuse account verification, submit false information, attack the service or use it for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access when reasonably required for safety or legal compliance.

Support and disputes

Contact support@upisewa.com with your issue and any order reference. Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or complete card details. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
