This policy explains how SUKUNA WEBTECH PRIVATE LIMITED operates UPI Sewa and handles personal information through upisewa.com.

Information we collect

We collect your name, mobile number, optional email, OTP verification status, support requests and your messaging choices. Our servers also record limited security information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and session identifiers. OTPs and session tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes, not plain text.

Why we use it

We use information to verify and manage accounts, provide requested services, respond to support, prevent abuse and maintain consent records. Optional RCS service and promotional messaging have separate choices. We do not infer marketing consent from registration, purchases, visiting this website or receiving an OTP.

RCS communications and sharing

With your permission, UPI Sewa may send account/recharge/support updates and, separately, recharge offers through RCS. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or messaging consent with third parties for their independent marketing. Necessary information may be processed by our OTP and messaging providers, including OTPWala, Fast2SMS, telecom networks and RCS infrastructure providers solely to deliver the requested service, maintain security and meet legal requirements. RCS messaging is not active until approval and activation.

Your choice and withdrawal

RCS consent is optional, not a condition of registration or purchase, and can be withdrawn in Messaging preferences. When RCS is active you can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Withdrawal applies to future optional messages; necessary security OTPs you explicitly request are separate.

Retention and security

OTP challenges expire after 5 minutes, and account sessions expire after 7 days. Expired challenges and sessions are periodically removed. Account and support records are retained while needed for service, security and applicable obligations. Consent and withdrawal records include the wording, version, method and timestamp and are retained as needed to demonstrate and honour your choices. We use HTTPS, access controls, hashed authentication tokens and restricted server storage. No system is risk-free.

Cookies

We use a secure, HTTP-only, first-party session cookie for account login. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this website.

Your rights and contact

Contact support@upisewa.com to request access, correction or deletion of your data, or use the support form after login. We verify the requestor before disclosing or changing account data. Some records may need to be retained where legally required. Our service is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

Changes

We publish updates on this page. A change of messaging purpose requires new affirmative consent; an old choice is not extended automatically.
